Elise is one of five artists chosen for the residency for the month of June, the others being Carlos Carty, Ruby Allan, Anne Wright, and Roger Moore. Pictured here is KIRA the residence where the artists are staying and Elise's studio (one of five on the property). Right next door is the lovely Kingsbrae Gardens which is full of inspiration and beauty. Please check back to see photos of the sculptures Elise has been creating during her stay.

Art is being practiced worldwide, that is a known fact. If you ask me, we can learn a lot of art from travelling to different countries. Every country has their own way of performing art, each one more intricate than the next. As a foreign exchange student, I have been able to study the art of Italy. In my opinion, they are, by far, the most competent people when it comes to art, the is not even a debate about this. Leave a Reply. |
