My Fall/Winter/Early Spring project is to carve a family sculpture out of yellow limestone from British Columbia that will be installed in the new gardens of the Dorset Health Hub. The slideshow shows the rock how it started, the shelter which was built over it, and the work-in-progress of the 5 foot tall sculpture.

I had a lovely commission to carve two tree people holding up a leafy basin for the birds. The birdbath was installed early October at my clients Lake of Bays residence. The stone is Purple Rust Limestone from British Columbia.
