This is the first ever Huntsville Art Crawl and downtown Huntsville is full of guest artists for the month of June!
You can find my Alabaster Abstract Series in the window of The Topiary, Shaping the Tree . Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing one of the sculptures. Please check out other art displays and you can get a Passport stamped for a chance to win. Elise is thrilled to be part of the Collingwood Art Crawl this year. At collingwoodartcrawl.com you will find a selection of her sculptures under the Art Galleries section. A studio visit video with Elise will be in the Unmissable section. The video was filmed and edited by Elise & Cirvan's daughter Kaslo Hamilton!
On May 15th we installed "Dancers" in the sweet town of Fergus, Ontario. Cirvan had built a portable Gantry Crane for lifting the 4 foot tall limestone sculpture that Elise carved, which weighs 783 pounds. We were assisted by members of the Elora Sculpture Project Committee. The sculpture is part of the 2020 ESP and the 4th time one of Elise's sculptures has been displayed from May till October in Elora and Fergus. If you find yourself in those parts, check out "Dancers" along the Riverwalk in Fergus!
